Esther is a FinTech enthusiast, with a strong passion for Technology and Investments. She comes with vast knowledge and skills in Product Management, Strategy Management, Projects Management, and growing experience in leadership in the Finance and Technology realm. Having attained over 10years working experience from XENO Investment Management and the National Social Security Fund, Esther is currently the Country Director of the Songboost App - a platform which helps advertisers and musicians to track their airplay on radios and televisions in real-time. Esther is passionate about helping to improve the livelihoods of people in rural areas, through personal development initiatives.

Joseph a board member of this organization, is a zealous believer in the transformational power of people in the bigger picture of Omuntu Wawansi. He holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Development (International Development (The University of Manchester), Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Development (Uganda Management Institute) and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and Development

Besides his educational background, he is a certified Balanced Scorecard Professional by George Washington University and a certified Korn Ferry Hay Job Evaluator. He’s got 15 Years Talent Development Experience, 4 Years as a professional Coach and Organizational Development Consultant. He has worked across continents like Africa, Asia and North America.

In 2017, he was winner of the Outstanding Contribution to the Field of Training and Development at the Africa Best Employer Brand Awards in Mauritius, among others he is a Fellow of the American Academy of Project Management, Certified Balanced Scorecard Professional by George Washington University and a certified Korn Ferry Hay Job Evaluator.

He is as well president of the International Coaching Federation Uganda Charter Chapter and a member of Human Resources Managers’ Association of Uganda.

Senior Principal Magistrate, Arbitrator with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), Assistant Secretary, National Association of Women Judges Uganda. Irene is currently a Magistrate at the Chief Magistrate's Court in Kampala, Uganda. Her coreduties include hearing and determinantion of cases specifically Criminal Land, Commercial and Family-related. She is also responible for the supervisionof staff, volunteers and interns at Court. Given the bulk of her work,Irne has reduced case backlog using Alternative Dispute Resolution mecahanism specifically plea, bargaining and mediation. Irene holds a Masters Degree in international Commercial Law,a Post GraduateDiploma in Legal Practice,a Bachelors of Laws Degree and a host of other postgraduate qualifications in Mediation, Arbitration Plea Bargain and Human Rights.

Paul Ssenyonga is in charge of the Programs Department at Omuntu Wawansi. He is a Professional Social-work graduate from Uganda Christian University, Holding a Certificate in Human Resource , Certificate in Legal and Taxation, Certificate in Customer Experience, Certificate in Entrepreneurship essentials among others. He is a Coffee lover/appreciator and a professional barista from Africa Coffee Academy. He is an Awareness 360 Fellow ,an international Youth development organisation. He brings forward experience with working with youths in institutions and communities as he serves as a founding member at Save A Youth. He has untold passion for improving the livelihoods of the underprivileged.
